SHIPPING & HANDLING

We deliver only within the United States.

We have one flat rate of $15 for shipping and handling.

All items travel insured.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you decide to return your jewelry within the first 10 days after receiving the item, Serez Design will issue store credit for the value of the item. Shipping charges do not apply for store credit.
We do not accept any returns after 10 days of delivery.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned items must be insured accordingly.
All returns must be confirmed with Serez Design prior to shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your jewelry arrives damaged.

We do take every measure to ensure safe and secure packing of your jewelry during transit, but in the rare occasion of damage please call 404.956.1920 immediately.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Immediately after shipping you will be notify and a tracking number will be provided.
